Everything you need to know before joining a class
Yes, we recommend booking classes in advance through our website or mobile app. This ensures your spot and helps us manage class sizes for optimal experience. Drop-ins are welcome if space is available, but booking guarantees your place.
Bring comfortable clothing that allows movement, a water bottle, and a towel. Yoga mats and all props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own mat. We also have mats available for purchase at the studio.
Please cancel at least 2 hours before class if you cannot attend. Late cancellations (within 2 hours) may be charged for members with limited passes. If running late, please enter quietly and join the class without disturbing others.
Our regular classes are for ages 16 and above. We have special family yoga classes for all ages and kids' yoga programs for children 5-15 years. Teenagers 13-15 may join regular classes with parental consent and instructor approval.
Please inform your instructor about any injuries or medical conditions before class. They can provide modifications and alternatives. For serious conditions, we recommend consulting with our yoga therapy department first.
